4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. General payment policies include:

• A deposit may be required before project commencement

• Final payment is due upon project completion

5. Online Payments and Merchant of Record

Payments for digital products and services purchased through our website are securely processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record on behalf of Coli Code Solutions.

• Paddle is responsible for billing, payment processing, and tax compliance
• Customers receive digital deliverables or service access based on their selected package
• All transactions are subject to Paddle’s checkout terms and policies
• Coli Code Solutions remains responsible for providing the purchased services

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all project fees:

• Client receives full ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project
• Coli Code Solutions retains rights to general methodologies, tools, and pre-existing code libraries
• Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses
• Coli Code Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio materials unless otherwise agreed

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure they have rights to any content provided for the project

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Coli Code Solutions provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for excellence:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of delivered software
• Bug fixes and support are provided according to the terms of each project agreement
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services or client modifications

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coli Code Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement according to its terms. Upon termination, client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Coli Code Solutions will deliver all completed work upon receipt of payment for services rendered.

11. Changes to Terms

Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
